Returns

• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 03 days of delivery.
• Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

• If you received a damaged or defective product, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 03 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping

• You are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
